| Call for documentary and experimental films | | July 5, 2010 3:20 PM (EST+7) | | Posted by cseitzmideast | | Description The British Council? Palestinian Territories is sending out an open ‘Call for Submission’ asking for documentary and/or experimental works from both
emerging and established filmmakers. Initiated by the British Council this short film festival will provide platforms for sharing and discussing short British + Palestinian films in both Britain and Palestine.
The festival will comprise of an exhibition of the successful entrants, showing short
British and Palestinian films alongside a program of screenings. The festival will be
accompanied by talks and discussions with filmmakers and international funding
bodies. A Broadcast Journalism competition shall take place in conjunction with the festival;
successful entrants shall be shown not only as part of the festival but at The Frontline Club in the UK. The winner of the competition shall be featured on the front?page of the international British Council website. Please read the submission form fully before visiting our website,
