Summary: This International Federation for Human Rights Report found that the use of migrant labor in Israel presents two principal problems: to migrant workers, whose rights are systematically violated due to the structure of the migrant labor market; and to Palestinians, both from the occupied Palestinian territories and Israeli citizens, whose lives and livelihoods are controlled by the Israeli occupation.
