Summary: The Palestinian Authority's Palestinian Reform and Development Plan (PRDP) 2008-10 is a national plan that sets out the Palestinian government's medium term agenda for Palestinian reform and development. It provides a basis for allocating government resources and reflects the government's intention to adopt integrated policymaking,
planning and budgeting. Donors are expected to use the plan in order to target their funding.
