Read more:  refugees, right of return, compensation, durable solutions, refugee camps, peace process, negotiations, public opinion, polls, polling analysis
Author/s:  Isabelle Daneels
Publisher/s:  Jerusalem Media & Communications Centre
Summary: This report is the first systematic attempt to examine, over a period of four years, shifts in positions on the Palestinian refugee issue among refugees and non-refugees in the occupied territories, and Israeli Jews and Arabs in Israel. One of the main findings is the higher volatility of opinion among refugees living in camps, with more supporting the peace process and then more starkly changing their views. 90 figures and tables included.
