Following is the full text of a statement issued today by Fateh’s al-Aqsa Martyrs Troops after Israel assassinated Raed al-Karmi, a leader of al-Aqsa Martyrs Troops, according to the statement:

We Vow to Revenge

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Troops in Palestine Celebrates to our Struggling People the Martyrdom of the Heroic Leader: Raed al-Karmi, leader of al-Aqsa Martyrs Troops

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Troops in Palestine--on a day of celebrating with pride, honor to our people its hero, the martyr the heroic leader: Raed al-Karmi, leader of al-Aqsa Martyrs Troops, who was assassinated by the treacherous, dirty Zionist occupation forces this morning—says to Sharon, his government and his people:

By assassinating our leader Raed al-Karmi, you have opened the fire of hell upon yourselves, its fire will iron you if you were not burned and killed by it. Killing for a killing and destruction for destruction.

The calm of al-Aqsa Martyrs Troops was not but a commitment to a national consensus, but to demolish homes in this manner and make the residents fugitives in this dirty way; and to kill the heroic, struggling leaders as such, this we will not stand idle to with our hands tied forever.

The hoax of the so-called cease-fire, is null, null, null, as long as the occupation on our land remains occupying it, humiliating its families and killing its people as well as killing its struggling heroic leaders.

We will not talk for long, for action is coming, revenge is coming, horror is coming, so don’t enjoy and you, the Israeli people, will not enjoy security after this day.

This is what Sharon and his government brought to you, so bear what you brought to yourselves of tragedies, of killing, of horrors, of resistance attacks, of heroic ambushes, of heroic martyrdom operations in the heart of your entity. We will kill your youngsters before your elders, you will only have one choice of leaving our land before the fire of our steadfastness and insistence to react, revenge, resistance until liberation burns you.
