At the time when the Israeli siege is tightened and escalated every moment, international, Arab and Palestinian voices are becoming louder, demanding to give the aggressive unity government led by Sharon as chance to move towards peace. The aggressive coalition government, which includes the slaughterer Sharon, also includes ministers who support the transfer of our people and who call for shelling Aswan and Tehran. Shimon Peres cannot improve their image, which is connected to the grapes of wrath. Words cannot conceal the bad and evil intentions behind forming this aggression coalition government. The attempt to market the spoiled goods of Sharon at this phase is only to make pass his upcoming visit to the US in order to set up an Israeli-US plan to abort what can result from the next Arab summit in terms of support to the Intifada and protection of the Arab solidarity.

The National and Islamic Forces warn of granting any Palestinian cover to this government because the believer cannot be bitten times and times from the same Zionism hole, and it is today under the leadership of Sharon who is preparing to swallow and not only bite.
The National and Islamic Forces affirm on the need to tighten the siege against the government of Sharon through stressing that there wont be negotiations with this government which is exercising its aggression against our people and the hostile program upon which Sharon was elected as PM. The evading measures and tricks require steadfastness, wisdom, and clinging to the Palestinian national constants; these are the criteria and goals of the negotiations process towards achieving full withdrawal from the occupied Palestinian territories, liberation of Jerusalem, removal of settlements, return of the refugees to their homes from which they were evicted and the establishment of the Palestinian independent and sovereign state with al-Quds as its capital. Clinging to matters other than these constants is a fall into the Zionist trap.

The National and Islamic Forces condemn the recent US position, which announced that Jerusalem is the capital of the Zionist entity state; this shameful position confirms the US bias against the national rights and aspirations of our people. This position is to be added to its aggression against Iraq in an attempt to cause a split inside the Arab nation towards imposing its hegemony on our region through supporting the power of the Zionist entity.

The National and Islamic Forces condemn the Zionist escalating aggression, crimes and state terrorism; the Forces demand the international community t o take positions and measures towards stopping this aggression and assisting our Palestinian people in protecting themselves and their achievements and continuing in the struggle to achieve their goals. The Forces condemn the psychological war launched by the Zionist Intelligence services through the forged and false leaflets that try to harm the unity and coherence of our people around their Intifada.
The National and Islamic Forces are looking forward to our Arab masses at this phase so that the general trend should be towards Arab solidarity for the blessed Intifada, the Intifada of Aqsa, Jerusalem, Independence and Return and solidarity regarding the protection of Iraq from the US aggression since this is the pillar of support to break the oppressive Zionist siege.
 
The National and Islamic Forces call on our masses to  participate in the following activities.

1- Wednesday, March 14, 2001, a day to break the Israeli siege and Palestinian mass movement at all sites and villages towards the checkpoints and impose communication among people with all means.

2- Friday, March 16, 2001, a day of the Arab Jerusalem and resisting settlements and organize marches and head to Aqsa Mosque for prayers.
 
Breaking the Zionist siege is achieved basically through imposing an Arab and international siege on it and isolating his aggressive government and confronting his new settlements attempts.
