Through the new aggression escalation in Hebron and north of Gaza Strip, which came following the statements of US President Bush regarding the Palestinian state, the slaughterer Sharon revealed his full political plan which depends on the hegemony of power to destroy the Palestinian National Authority and reoccupy Palestinian regions and cling to the scheme of Greater Israel. His reaction was very stupid to the point that he considered that the US policy which aims to appease Arabs at this phase because of its need to build the alliance will lead the Zionist entity to the same fate of Czechoslovakia during the times prior to the Second World War.

The stupid reaction was realized by escalation in the aggression and instructions to the army of aggression to reoccupy the areas of tension, assassinate Palestinian leaders, and execute his plan to assassinate the symbols of the PNA and the National and Islamic Forces. Sharon tries to exploit the potential strike against Afghanistan and grab the opportunity since he will not be needing any green light from any party during the strike.

The stupid policy of Sharon imposes on our national authority and the Palestinian people with all their national and Islamic forces and the civil society to show maximum level of awareness and caution and not to depend on any party to deter the stupid Sharonic aggression. It also requires that readiness and preparations to defend the PNA and the Palestinian people be the fortified shield and that the reinforced national unity be our sharpest weapon in confronting and defeating the aggression. This also requires that our blessed Intifada and heroic resistance be the protector and defender of our constant and inalienable national rights, mainly the right of return and self determination and defeating occupation and settlements and liberating the Aqsa and al-Quds and building the independent Palestinian state with al-Quds as its capital.

Our Palestinian people, who remain steadfast and depend on their self-potentials and their strong national unity in face of the escalating Israeli aggression, are looking forward to see urgent and immediate intervention from the international community to deter the Israeli aggression, put an end to settlements and occupation, and protect our people from the Zionist terrorism.

The National and Islamic Forces are monitoring carefully the changes and transformations happening in the international community following the September 11 events in the US. The National and Islamic Forces realize the cunningness of the Zionist scheme which wants to exploit the events in the ugliest manner, especially when the Sharon-Peres government tries to export its severe crisis into our masses and attempts to cause a split among the Palestinian people through imposing conditions and dictations that demand conducting campaigns of arrest which will only harm our national unity. We call upon all to reject those conditions and dictations and maintain the internal front.

The National and Islamic Forces believe that the illusionary promises and schemes, which came as part of an atmosphere to build the alliance against terrorism must be directed in the first place to curb the Zionist terrorism and prevent Zionism from exploiting the tragedy of the American people to surpass the US interests and rebel against its decisions and attack the Palestinian people, especially that the person who leads the Zionist entity is the slaughterer of Sabra and Shattela massacre and the same person who is well known for his massacres against our people.

The National and Islamic Forces extend praise and appreciation to our Palestinian masses in the homeland and in the Diaspora and to all Arab and Islamic masses for their efforts in marking the first anniversary of the Intifada of Aqsa, al-Quds, Independence and return; the masses expressed determination on continuation and support that reinforces the path of struggle of our people until they achieve all their goals.

The National and Islamic Forces salute the comrades and brothers in the Palestinian Arab Front on the anniversary of their Front which coincides on October 11, 2001.

The National and Islamic Forces call on the Palestinian masses and the masses of the Arab and Islamic nation to participate in the following activities:

1- Friday, October 12, 2001: A day to reinforce and consolidate national unity and protect the national project an cling to the constants to be expressed in marches and slogans that reflect the important of national unity.

2- To organize artistic activities, seminars and popular festivals during all days of the week to commemorate martyrs and honor prisoners and injured and hold intellectual workshops to assess the Intifada and resistance and deduce lessons.

We promise our masses and nation that the Intifada and resistance will continue until we achieve our goals in freedom and independence.
