Islamic National Salvation Party; and Popular Liberation War Pioneers (Sa'iqa):
In the Name of God, the Merciful and the Compassionate
No Voice higher than the Voice of the Intifada
The Call of the Continuation of the Intifada
Our great Palestinian masses
Our glorious Arab and Islamic free masses
Our heroes of the Intifada and resistance
Your blessed Intifada and heroic resistance enter its 15th month with rising determination and strong will as it accumulates the results of the
great sacrifices and heroism offered by our great people in confronting the Zionist aggression and the Israeli scheme that aims to wipe out the
rights of our people and break their will and lower down their expectations. The international community watched closely the heroic
steadfastness of our people and their adherence to the national constants that were achieved by the blessed Intifada through the solid national
unity of all the national and Islamic forces with the PNA and the Palestinian civil society institutions.
The heroic resistance and steadfastness of our people has pushed the international community, in particular, the US, to make changes on their
positions regarding the Israeli aggression which got a green light from the US Administration accompanied by indifference that persisted until
the September 11 tragic attacks. The partial attention expressed in the speeches of President Bush and US Secretary of State Powell would not
have been there without the continuation of the Intifada and heroic resistance. The announced goals of the Intifada - defeating and ending
occupation, liberating Jerusalem and the holy sites, eliminating settlements, the right of return, the establishment of the independent and
sovereign Palestinian state with al-Quds as its capital and the just solution of the refugees cause - force themselves on the political vision of
the international community. The goals of ending occupation, halting settlement activities and the establishment of the independent Palestinian
state and finding a just solution to the Palestinian cause which were included in Powell's speech affirm the fact that achieving all goals require
the continuation, escalation and the development of the Intifada so that it becomes resistance to the Israeli aggression and a task towards
achieving the goals of our people in sovereignty and self determination.
The National and Islamic Forces realize the importance of the achievements there are the results of the Intifada, but at the same time warn of the
tricky policy exercised by the Zionist entity in light of the Zionist Lobby control over the main keys of the US decision making process in order
to guarantee full support to the policies of the racist government of Israel, especially during the reign of the terrorist Sharon who went as far as
warning Peres who advised Sharon not to anger the US, but Sharon answered: "Each time we do something, you say that the US will do this
and that; I want to tell you one clear point; don’t worry about the US pressure on Israel; we, the Jewish people, control the US and Americans
know this".
The policy of aggression exercised by Sharon confirms the fact that we should remain alert and not depend or count on promises, assurances
and illusions that we have experienced during one whole decade of negotiations under the so-called US sponsorship. The current serious
approaches, if they really exist, require setting up a timetable and mechanism to achieve the elimination of occupation and settlements and
liberating Jerusalem and defining practical mechanisms for the right of return and realizing on the ground the independent and sovereign
Palestinian state with al-Quds as its capital.
The solid national unity that constituted the armor and sharpest weapon of the Intifada and resistance must be maintained and reinforced as we
engage in the process of harvesting the fruits of these achievements. We must be aware of all the negative points in the US and Israeli
initiatives which might threaten the threads of national unity, especially the US attempts of trying to make a linkage between the Intifada and
terrorism and the attempts of placing some Palestinian national and Islamic forces on the so-called list of terrorism.
Preserving national unity requires additional efforts to re-arrange the Palestinian internal front and complete understanding between the
components of national unity and close the file of political arrests on the grounds of activities in the Intifada and resistance and the need to
release the detainees towards full integration in the struggle in all its legitimate forms to achieve the goals of our people in freedom and national
independence.
The National and Islamic Forces monitor the Israeli measures that are being executed against the Arab and Islamic features of Jerusalem and
against the Islamic and Christian holy sites. The National and Islamic Forces affirm their condemnation to the racist policies against the tolerant religions and against worshippers who head to the Aqsa Mosque and the Holy Sepulcher. The National and Islamic Forces condemn the Israeli measures of setting road blocks and checkpoints and prevent the Moslems from entering Jerusalem to perform their rituals on Fridays at the
Aqsa Mosque.
The National and Islamic Forces condemn the aspirations of the US Zionists who are calling for launching an attack against the brotherly
country Iraq and its struggling people and call on the Arab and Islamic masses to stand firm against these schemes.
The National and Islamic Forces call on the Palestinian masses to participate in the following activities:
1- Monday, December 3, 2001: the International Day of the Disabled in which we honor the disabled and the wounded Palestinians from the
Intifada and resistance in all districts, each according to its own circumstances.
2- Wednesday, December 5, 2001: to mark the anniversary of the holding of the Second Geneva Conference for Human Rights that will stress
on the rights of the Palestinian people in struggle for freedom, independence and right of return and self determination through organizing marches and sending petitions to the International Committee of the Red Cross.
3- Friday, December 7, 2001: A day of Jerusalem and the Islamic and Christian holy sites through organizing marches that condemn the racist policies that aim to Judaize Jerusalem; to call for prayers in Aqsa Mosque and to break the Zionist checkpoints.
Long live the blessed Intifada and the heroic resistance
Glory and eternity for our martyrs
Fast recovery to the injured and freedom for our heroic prisoners
It is an Intifada until victory
