In the Name of God, the Merciful and Compassionate
No Voice higher than the Voice of the Intifada
The Call for Adhering to the Constants and Rejecting
the US Proposals
Our great masses, at the time when the criminal Zionist
attacks and aggressions executed by the Zionist occupation army and the
settlers'
gangs escalate against our masses, the US-Israeli conspiracy
heightens; this conspiracy that aims to drag us into the trap of accepting
the US
Proposals which are nothing but a blatant expression
of the Zionist scheme that aims to impose on our people surrender and aims
to force the
PLO to extinguish the torch of the great Intifada of
the Aqsa, Jerusalem, Independence and Return. The National and Islamic
Forces affirm on
their constant position that rejects the conspiracy and
aggression; the forces stress on the following:
-
Firm rejection to the US Proposals and condemn the proposals
and condemn any party that tries to exert pressure on the PLO To accept
the Proposals and affirm the position of the Executive Committee which
rejected these proposals in principle.
-
Affirm the clinging to the national constants that constitute
the basis of our rights, mainly the right of return to the Palestinian
refugees to their homes and properties; affirm the Arab and Islamic nature
of Jerusalem and reject the fragmentation of this sovereignty over this
city which is the eternal capital of the Palestinian state. Reject any
concessions on the borders and reject any exchange of lands. Stress on
the withdrawal of the occupation army and settlers' gangs from all occupied
territories and the establishment of the independent Palestinian state,
with al-Quds as its capital.
-
Reject the return to negotiations in the light of the oppressive
Zionist aggression and reject any security coordination with the murderers
who aim to strike the Intifada and eliminate the cause of our struggling
people.
-
Affirm the continuation of the Intifada as a struggle option
that develops and escalates through developing its various activities.
The National and Islamic Forces call upon our
masses to work towards achieving the following activities:
-
Sunday, January 7, 2001, to mark the anniversary of
the Palestinian Martyr. The Forces call upon the masses to devote this
day to visits to the tombs of martyrs and visit their families.
-
To declare Monday, January 8, 2001, a day of the Right
of Return, a day for broad and wide mass movements in which the Palestinian
people wherever they are can express their comprehensive national consensus
on clinging to the right of the Palestinian refugees to return to the homes
and properties in Palestine from which they were evicted since this is
a right that cannot be touched and call upon the teachers to devote a special
class to talk about the right of return and Jerusalem.
-
To organize mass festivals and rallies on Wednesday, January
10, 2001, to express the Palestinian people rejection to the US Proposals
and stress on the national constants and on the continuation of the Intifada.
-
Friday, January 12, 2001, a day of Jerusalem, a day
of massive marches to affirm the Arab and Islamic nature of the city and
reject the US-Zionist attempts to fragment the sovereignty over Jerusalem
and Aqsa and call upon the masses including the Palestinians inside the
Green Line to come and pray at the Aqsa Mosque.
Victory to the Intifada and Defeat to the Conspiracy
Glory and Eternity to our Martyrs
Recovery to the heroic wounded and Freedom to the
Courageous Prisoners
It is an Intifada till Victory
