In the Name of God, the Forgiving and Compassionate
A statement issued by the National and Islamic Forces
No Voice higher than the voice of the Intifada
The Appeal to frustrate the US conspiracy
And firm adherence to the right of return

Our great Palestinian masses,
Our Arab and Islamic masses,
Our heroes of the Intifada,

At the time when the Israeli aggression escalates to break the will of our people which is expressed in their gigantic Intifada, the Intifada of the Aqsa, Jerusalem, Independence and Return, the biased US comes out with a new conspiracy that aims to transform the proposals of US President Clinton into terms of reference for the peace process instead of the decisions that secure the national and legitimate inalienable rights of our people, including the right of return, self determination and the establishment of the independent Palestinian state with blessed al-Quds as its capital.

The escalation of aggression and the state terrorism, the assassination and killing acts that happen against our people in the light of negotiations and security coordination aim to make our national project fall into the trap of the Zionists in the White House who are preparing for a presidential declaration which if dealt with it means it becomes easy to market it.

The masses of the Intifada call upon Brother Abu Ammar and the Palestinian leadership to affirm their rejection to the Israeli-US proposals and not to return to the security coordination.

The masses of the Intifada reaffirm the inevitability of the continuation, development and escalation of the Intifada and look at the national constants since they are the proof that sets the right direction of political movement, mainly the blessed Jerusalem and all Islamic and Christian holy sites, and the sacred right of return for the Palestinian refugees to their homes and properties from which they were evicted, and the need for the withdrawal of the occupation army and the settlers' gangs from all occupied Palestinian territories and the establishment of the independent Palestinian state with full sovereignty with blesses al-Quds as its capital.

National and Islamic Forces reaffirm the need to evacuate the markets from the Israeli goods by January 13, 2001, and calls on the Palestinian masses in the homeland, Diaspora and all Arab and Islamic masses to participate in the following activities:

First: Wednesday, January 17, 2001, a day of solidarity with brotherly country Iraq marking the tenth anniversary of US aggression and express our support to Iraq and affirm the need to break the oppressive siege imposed on it and demand from Arab countries and the whole world and all international institution to continue breaking the siege and call upon our masses in the homeland and Diaspora to organize marches and festivals in the districts for this occasion.
Second: Friday, January 19, 2001, to be a day of anger in expressing the rejection of the US conspiracy and reject the return to security coordination.
Third: Consider Saturday, January 20, 2001, a popular day to express the clinging to the right of return and to devote the first two classes in schools to explain the cause of refugees and organize marches and rallies in all cities, villages and camps in the homeland and the Diaspora. We call on our Arab and Islamic nation and all peoples who believe in freedom and democracy to express their solidarity with our people and their constant right to return to their homes.

Long Live the Gigantic Intifada
Glory and eternity to our martyrs
Fast recovery to our heroic wounded
Freedom to our heroic prisoners and detainees
It is a continuous Intifada till victory
