Barak's decision on dismantling Settlements

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak has recently issued a decision to dismantle 15 settlement enclaves, as a show of his good intentions and commitment to agreements signed with Palestinians. However, settlement enclaves stated for dismantling were later reduced to 12.

These are part of 42 enclaves, which were established by settlers without the approval of the Israeli government and which were aimed at creating new facts on the ground before achieving a final solution.

According to Barak’s decision, the enclaves are divided into four categories:
 

 
The are seven settlement sites which are considered legal by the Barak government and which are located on lands belonging to the Arab villages and areas of: Jabal al-Mukaber / Jerusalem; Roujeeb, Burin, Kufr Qalil / Nablus; Iskaka / Salfeet and al-Khader in Bethlehem district. All of these sites contain barracks, containers, or used cars.
According to the decision, three of the sites will be converted into legal settlement enclaves. They are:
However, the number of sites slated for a freeze in activity are 16 settlement enclaves which were established on lands of: Kufr Qalil / Nablus, Ein Yabroud / Ramallah, Qaryout / Nablus, Kufr Qadoum / Qalqilya, Dahrieh / Hebron, Deir Estyah / Salfeet.

Nablus District: Kufr Kalil, Al-Janyah, Jaloud, Kufr al-Deek, Awarta, Burin, Yanoun.

The biggest of these sites has less than 18 housing units.
As for the sites to be evacuated, they were reduced to 12 after the original 15. They are:
