RAMALLAH, October 27 (JMCC) - Two-year-old Nasma Abu Lasheen spent most of her short life being shuttled from one hospital to another, hoping for successful treatment of leukemia.
But the bureaucratic barriers that stand before anyone seeking treatment outside the
Gaza Strip proved too much for this little girl, and even as there were signs that her treatment was working, a brief delay meant the end of Abu Lasheen's life.
