NAZARETH, Nov 12 (JMCC) - Israeli forces used excessive force disrupting peaceful protests last week, arrested 18 civilians including six childrens during 38 incursions in the West Bank and four in Gaza, and wounded two Palestinians and one Israeli, according to a report by the Palestinian Center for Human Rights.

In the full report covering military actions between Nov 4 and 10, Israeli jets bombed a tunnel on the Gaza-Egyptian border, tanks wounded two c onstruction workers on the Gaza-Israel border, bulldozers razed Palestinian farmlands, and soldiers arrested Mahmoud al-Ramahi, the secretary of the Palestinian Legislative Council.

PCHR believes that the conspiracy of silence practiced by the international community has encouraged Israel to act as if it is above the law and encourages Israel continue to violate international human rights and humanitarian law, the report stated.
