RAMALLAH, April 14 (JMCC) - Photos taken by an Israeli human rights organization document the destruction wrought in a home in the Palestinian village of Awarta during 12 hours of Israeli military curfew.

Furniture was turned upside down and the contents of closets dumped on the floor by Israeli soldiers, show these photos taken by Physicians for Human Rights in Israel.

The village of Awarta has been the target of repeated arrest campaigns by the Israeli military ever since five Israeli settlers were found stabbed to death in March the nearby settlement of Itamar.
