RAMALLAH, March 22 (JMCC) - According to Mossawa Center's new report, there was a 75 percent increase in racist legislation proposed by the Israeli parliament in 2009.

Twenty-one laws have been brought before the Knesset that discriminate against Israel's Arab minority, said the Arab-Israeli organization.
