Abdel Rahman Zeidan

Abdel Rahman Zeidan was minister of public works in the government formed by Hamas between March 2006 and March 2007.

Zeidan was born in Tulkarem to a refugee family and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Alabama in the United States. He works as a supervising engineer for Palestinian Economic Council for Development and Reconstruction (PECDAR) projects. He is vice chairman of al-Takaful fund in the engineers syndicate and a member of the Muslim Youth League in North America.
