Suleiman Taisir Abu Sneineh, a member of Fateh, served as minister of prisoner affairs in the national unity government in 2007.He was also minister of state for law in the government formed from November 2003 until February 2005. He was elected as a representative for Hebron district in the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC).

Abu Sneineh was born in 1946 in Hebron and holds a BA in law. Before becoming minister he was a member of the interior committee of the PLC, clerk for the legal committee of the PLC and director of the waqf office in Hebron. He served as a treasurer of the board of directors of the Palestine Polytechnic University.
