of George Shahada's "The Immigrant of Brisbane."The play delves deeply
into he human agony,which accompanied the Palestinians'experience of immigration,an

According to the popular story,Al Tobe'a Hassan has been
murdered by Kulaib.Hassan's sister plotted for revenge using Jassas,Kulaib's
cousin.Al Zeir Salem rushes for vengeance, inciting the famous so-called
war of Basous, named after a she-camel used in he conspiracy. The war extended
for a long time massacring an entire generation.However,a new generation
emerges,impassioned and aiming to put an end to this war.The play presents
the world-known saga in a unique style. Ramallah,Thursday 28,Friday 29

The Palestinian detainees in the Israeli prisons are
subjected to methods of torture that surpass imagination.They endure incredible
abuse which damages their psyche.Abu Marmar has gone through his prolonged
journey of torment and agony.Not only is he shouldering this experience,but
he also empathizes with he experiences of his colleagues .He retains all
of these memories only to reflect on them through narrating the stories.

Two Palestinians are presented both from Jaffa. The first
carries a fine touch of "Israelity"in his personality and has never departed
from his homeland,while the other carries a keen touch of sorrow and lives
in Gaza since the Diaspora in 1948.The first holds a blue identity card
enabling him o move freely,while the second has an orange one which keeps
creating trouble for him.The story of two Palestinians,separated by color
discrimination enforced by an external occupier. Ramallah,Friday 01,Saturday

Based on the great novel written by the late Palestinian
novelist,Emile Habibi,The play is an inclusive scene of a nation dispossessed:all
that remains is he search for less agony.A tragic comedy and a panoramic
monodrama presented by the main character,Saeed abu an Nahs al Mutasha'el:a
Palestinian who remained in his father's land and wittnessed the establishment
of a new State over his land.In his attempt to cope with his loyalty to
his son and wife on the one hand,and to the new State on the other,Saeed

love story between Musallam Al- Jawal and Zarqa'Al-Muqeema is he latest
production of Sarriyyat Ramallah Troupe for Music and Dance.Based on the
popular story of "Ma'asalameh Ya'Imsallam",this story ells of Musallam
and his wanderings o fulfill his people's needs.However,in reality,the
trip is a quest for experience,knowledge and courage. The Sarriyyat Ramallah
roupe is a Palestinian folkloric dance and music group.Its work,even though
