JERUSALEM, July 7 (JMCC) - An Israeli court has delayed for the second time a ruling in the case of
Hamas Mohammed Abu Tir, who has refused to leave the city of
Jerusalem as ordered last month.
Sources say that the court delayed its ruling until July 12 to allow negotiations to continue over the fate of Abu Tir and three other Hamas politicians who were issued deportation orders by Israeli officials for their involvement with the Islamist group.
