RAMALLAH Feb 16 (JMCC) - Details of the carefully-planned killing of a Hamas commander disclosed by Dubai authorities Monday resemble techniques the Mossad has used in the past, says writer Yossi Melman.

Awareness of the presence of security cameras, efforts to disguise their appearances and the use of small cells to carry out the attack all are reminiscent of a high degree of sophistication. The main loose ends of the operation may be two Palestinians who were detained in Jordan for allegedly assisting the hit squad by providing logistical information, argues Melman.
