EU court: West Bank settlement goods are subject to import duties

RAMALLAH Feb 25 (JMCC) – The European Union court ruled on Thursday that Israeli products made in illegal West Bank settlements are subject to import duties in the EU. Luxembourg-based European Court of Justice maintained a clear legal distinction between Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories.
