Radwan al-Akhras was minister of health in the Palestinian national unity government between March and June 2007. He was a Fateh member of the Palestinian Legislative Council.

Al-Akhras was born in 1945. He studied medicine at al-Azhar University in Cairo. He joined Fateh in 1966 and received military training. He worked for the Red Crescent Society in Lebanon and Syria and was appointed director of private medicine at the ministry of health. He was a member of the Palestinian National Council and a member of the executive bureau of the General Union of Palestinian Doctors and Pharmacists.
