The Palestinian Higher National Security Council decided in a session held in Gaza on Sunday October the 21st to consider any person who tries to hide under the name of the martyr Abu Ali Mustafa and those who claim they are groups carrying the name of the martyr and who perform acts that harm the higher national interests of the Palestinian people, the latest of which was the assassination of Israeli Minister Zeevi and which Israel is using as a pretext to launch all kinds of aggression on the Palestinian people, as outlaw groups.
